Real-World Self-Defense
This program is designed for everyday people who want to feel more confident, aware, and prepared in real-life situations. No experience is required, and there is no sparring. Everything we teach is practical, controlled, and repeatable under stress.
Class Schedule
• Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:30–7:30 PM
• Sundays: 9:00–10:00 AM
