52 Blocks - "Self-defense Boxing"

Our 52 Blocks training is based on the teachings of Lyte Burly, whose approach presents 52 Blocks as an “art of defense” with a strong emphasis on blocks, elbows, feints, footwork, and close-range awareness. This method focuses on efficient defensive movement, timing, and body control to help students develop practical skill and composure under pressure.
